As a history teacher from the vibrant city of Shanghai, I have a distinct appreciation for the rich narratives that destinations offer. I particularly indulge in places that allow me to embrace nature while enjoying leisure activities like hiking and swimming. During my recent stay, I was delighted to find a charming house that exceeded my expectations. The warm hospitality of the hosts, Steve and Shani, made the experience exceptionally welcoming. Each morning commenced with incredible breakfasts featuring homegrown fruits and homemade yogurt, truly a treat! The lovely courtyard provided a picturesque setting for evening meals, where I could savor delightful dishes under the Mediterranean sky. I also enjoyed rejuvenating dips in the small pool that offered stunning views. The nearby woodlands enticed me for invigorating runs, and I was thrilled to witness vultures at a viewing point nearby. This enchanting stay filled my heart with joy and satisfaction, and I cannot recommend this serene retreat enough.
